How to Use
1. Preparation work:
First of all, you should understand the tension requirements for prestressed bundles in engineering design, such as the number of steel strands in each bundle, standard strength, cross-sectional area value, control stress δk, required tensile elongation value, and retraction of anchors value, etc., and then determine the oil pressure value at δk based on the "oil pressure value-output force" calibration value.
2. Installation of jacks and anchors
(1) Pass the steel strand into the reserved corridor of the structure. The exposed length of the steel wire bundle at the tension end is required to be 200-250mm longer than the working length of the jack. The steel strand must be cut with a sheet grinder and must not have loose ends or "hair" to avoid difficulty in perforation.
(2) Put the end of the steel wire bundle on the working anchor plate, push it to the anchor pad, and align it with the notch to fix it.
(3) Install the working anchor clips: Before installing the clips, use a steel ring to hoop each clip together, then push it into the tapered hole of the anchor plate along the steel strand, and push it by hand until it stops. .
(4) Install the limit plate: The limit plate is designed according to the working anchor plate and matches the holes of the anchor plate.
(5) Install the jack: first tie the ends of the steel strand wire harness with wire pins, then hoist the jack and put it on the steel beam, and put the support opening of the front end cover of the jack outside the limit plate. The jack can now be aligned coaxially.
(6) Install the tool anchor on the support stop at the end of the piston.
