Routine maintenance
(1) Inspection and maintenance before operation
1. Electrical equipment: including inspection of motors, power supply and transmission lines, and electric control boxes. Each switch should be in the specified state.
2. Lubricating oil: Force the oil pump to refuel several times.
3. Check the hopper for debris and slag accumulation.
4. Inspection of shotcrete hoses, nozzles, and air ducts.
5 Equipment air transportation inspection
a. Jog the motor to check the direction of rotation (main motor clockwise, air compressor counterclockwise);
b Air compressor, air pressure, air volume, and air gun adjustment;
c. Check the status of the instrument, especially whether the voltage meets the design requirements (380v), check the transmission lines, wire diameter distance connector connections, etc.
6. The setting of air pressure and airflow rate caused the air pressure switch parts to become loose during transportation, and the pressure spring should be readjusted.
(2) Inspection and maintenance during shotcrete operations
1. For electrical equipment, check whether the instruments, buttons, air pressure switches, ball gates, and motor temperatures are normal.
2. Check that the spray hoses, nozzles, and air ducts are all sealed and fixed. Air ducts and gunite pipes must not show signs of kinks or damage.
3. Air duct system: Check joint sealing, fixation, air pressure, air volume working conditions, etc.
(3) All bolts, nuts, and screws must be checked regularly to see if they are loose, and if found loose, tighten them in time (especially the bolts of the electric control box)
(4) Maintenance after operation
1. Cleaning and inspection of grouting hoses, air ducts and nozzles
