Usage and Precautions
The mixing ratio of gasoline and engine oil is engine oil: gasoline = 1:7. In summer when the weather is hot and the machine temperature is high, the ratio of engine oil needs to be increased. It is recommended that the ratio of engine oil and gasoline is 1:6. The correct mixing ratio enables the machine to be well lubricated and is an important factor in ensuring normal operation. Oil must be allocated strictly according to the requirements and must not be ignored. Be especially careful when using engine oil. Do not substitute it casually. Do not use regenerated engine oil. Otherwise, the machine may be prone to serious carbon deposits or poor lubrication, resulting in high temperatures, reduced speed, automatic flameout, and accelerated wear of cylinders and other mechanical parts. To check whether the lubrication is normal, just check whether there is an oil film on the surface of the impact piston and whether there is black oil dripping out from under the machine head after running at full throttle for 2-3 minutes. The mixed oil must be stirred thoroughly before being injected into the tank to make it evenly mixed. When filling the oil, use the funnel provided with the filter to filter out the debris mixed in the oil to avoid clogging the oil line.
After filling the mixed fuel, insert the drill rod into the drill rig and connect the drill bit, close the air door, pull out the pneumatic hand rope 15-20cm, quickly pull the hand rope to start the machine, open the air door, adjust the throttle size according to the drilling situation and start drilling. hole
