Construction Technology

During the construction of vibrating gravel piles, in addition to the in-situ flushing device, a walking lifting device, a pumping water delivery system, a control console, etc. are also required. If the engineering unit lacks a crane during the vibrating construction process, the vibrating device will be used to construct the pile frame. Pile frames include single-sided rolling pipe column type, hydraulic walking type, simple crawler type, etc.

Work principles

Vibration effect: The upper part of the vibrator is equipped with a submersible motor, and the lower part is a vibrating body. The motor drives the hollow shaft of the vibrating body to rotate through an elastic coupling, and an eccentric block is installed on the shaft to generate horizontal vibration force. This vibration helps to compact the filler and surrounding soil, improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.

 

Water flushing effect: At the same time, the vibrator starts the water pump and sprays high-pressure water flow through the nozzle. This combination of water flushing and vibration can sink the vibrator to a predetermined depth in the soil, and after filling with gravel, it is compacted under the action of vibration.

 

Form a dense pile body: After passing through the clear hole, gravel is filled into the hole section by section from the ground. Under the combined action of vibration and high-pressure water flow, the gravel is squeezed and compacted to achieve the required density. In this way, a large-diameter dense pile body is formed in the foundation, which forms a composite foundation with the original foundation, thereby improving the bearing capacity of the foundation, reducing settlement, and increasing stability.

Export case

Vibro-displacement technology utilizes specially designed vibratory equipment, such as vibro hammers or vibrators, to deliver high-frequency impact forces into underground formations. These vibrational forces not only change the arrangement of soil particles but also reduce the density of the soil, thereby increasing the load-bearing capacity of the foundation. While vibrating, water or other fluids are usually injected. This helps reduce friction during the vibration process, improves vibration efficiency, and creates channels for hydraulic flow in the foundation, promoting the rearrangement and compaction of soil particles. Through vibration displacement technology, an originally loose or unstable foundation can be improved to a stronger state with a higher load-bearing capacity.
