Working Principle
1. The problem of weak positioning is solved by hydraulic jacking and grounding. The positioning is fast and can be fixed vertically and flatly in about 10 seconds.
2. The use of two supports combined with traditional dotting solves the problems of slow laser positioning, difficulty in positioning, and large errors.
3. Use the conveyor belt to transport the ash forward and upward, combined with the large wiping plate that can change the angle, to wipe it completely to the top without leaving a millimeter.
4. Using a vibrator to enlarge the plasterboard solves the problem of hollowing and cracking in artificial plaster walls. The maximum plaster thickness on water-absorbent walls can reach 3 cm, and the minimum plaster thickness is 0.3 cm.
5. The use of a trowel that can change the angle solves the problem of the machine not being able to descend along the original path for calendaring.
6. The use of pull-out rods makes it easier for you to connect freely at different heights. It also solves the problem that the telescopic rod cannot pass through the construction hole. 7. The working surface of the machine is 80 centimeters wide. Wall plastering machine operating steps
Dot the wall (the middle point is 1.6m from the ground, the bottom point is 400px from the ground, and a point is made every 1.5m), do it one day in advance.
Wall watering (brick walls). Make it a day ahead
Measure the height of the room and add appropriate connectors. (The vertical poles in the machine are for a room height of 2.85 meters. If the room is high, corresponding joints must be added)
Install the pole. (Two people install, make sure the threaded links are flat)
Install handles. (The handles are divided into left and right parts)
Connect the power supply. If the power indicator light stays on, it means the three-phase power supply is correct. If the light turns on and then goes out, the power input is reversed.

Lock the hydraulic pressure and pull up the handle
Positioning (one person holds the middle bar, the other person holds the support and steps on the hydraulic pressure)
Step on the hydraulic pressure, the vertical pole rises and presses against the ceiling, and the machine is fixed.
Add gray, click the start button and the machine will rise
After the machine reaches the top, vibrate for 5-7 seconds, turn off the power, then turn on the power again, the machine will descend and calender the wall.
After the machine reaches the bottom, release the hydraulic pressure
Click the drop button (it can drop by 50px), and the pole will drop.
Move the machine (make the machine plaster plate close to the wall and translate the machine) so that there is a distance of 50px between the two walls.
Reposition and work on the second wall.
Clean the machine in time every day after use. Disconnect power before cleaning.
The ash bucket board and vibrator parts are directly flushed with water pipes. It is forbidden to flush the machine panel with water and can only be wiped with a cloth.
